Hong Kong tea lecturer, senior tea-therapy consultant, tea-appraiser and tea-artist. China National Tea-Appraiser (First Level) & Tea-Artist (Second Level), with a Tea Therapy degree from HKBU School of Chinese Medicine.
Invited guest lecturer for schools and universities, the Hong Kong Tourism Board and the Museum of Tea Ware, and featured across local and overseas press, radio and TV. May teaches personally in English, Cantonese and Mandarin — blending Chinese tea culture, the Five Elements and wellness into a path that is made for you.
